In the case of the Asus VG278Q, you have everything you need to become as competitive as possible. This 27-inch gaming monitor features a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 and can display a maximum of up to 144Hz. Since it has a lightning-fast 1ms response time, you should hit your targets more often.
The image quality on this TN panel isn’t groundbreaking at all, and it does look inferior in comparison to IPS panels. If you’re an FPS player, this shouldn’t bother you since you’ll value performance more over image quality.
Since it can only display a maximum of 1920 x 1080 resolution, this shouldn’t be too taxing for your graphics card and should give you a much higher frame rate to hit the monitor’s max frame rate of 144Hz.
